Key responsibilities Take full accountability for the execution and oversight of local Identity and Access Management (IAM) procedures. Provide support to business units by ensuring that access control measures comply with internal policies, such as dual-approval mechanisms and role-based access separation. Ensure prompt handling of user access provisioning and timely removal of access rights through periodic reviews. Act as a liaison between local teams and global counterparts, especially IT Application owners and Security Officers, to address identity and access concerns. Manage ITIL-aligned processes related to IAM, including incident resolution, problem tracking, and change implementation. Required skills and experience Demonstrated experience in IAM operations, including user account management in systems like Active Directory or within specific applications. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms is considered a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively in a team, and respond swiftly to urgent matters. Understanding of Luxembourg's regulatory environment and prior experience in the financial industry are advantageous. Qualifications A university degree (Bachelor's or higher) in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (minimum 3 years) in IT or IAM-related roles. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. German is an asset.
