Description de posteProvide coaching, training, and support to the tax team. Coordinate day-to-day compliance tax services, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Act as the primary contact for Luxembourg tax authorities. Coordinate with clients’ third-party advisors. Review Luxembourg corporate tax returns, tax provision calculations, and tax assessments. Maintain comprehensive records of client tax affairs, services provided, and related filings. Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks and processes. Assist in the development and execution of the services budget. Support in pricing strategies for new tax service opportunities. Contribute to tax service projects at both group and jurisdictional levels. Work closely with tax teams in other jurisdictions to ensure a cohesive approach. At least 8 years of previous experience preparing and reviewing Income tax returns for Luxembourg A big 4 accounting firm experience is desirable A relevant undergraduate degree (Accounting / Finance / Business) is preferable Advanced Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, skills The ability to work collaboratively with diverse client teams Attention to detail to ensure the delivery of consistent and high standards Excellent organisational and people skills A commitment and desire to deliver high-levels of client service Ability to think critically and creativity work under pressure and within tight deadlines Fluency in English and French would be an asset

This role involves supporting the tax team in compliance and general administrative tax guidance, specifically related to corporate income tax, for a portfolio of Luxembourg-based clients.
