Your tasks
As a key contributor to our renewable energy strategy, you will :
- Lead and Execute Development : Drive a robust pipeline of renewable projects from concept to commissioning, taking full ownership of all phases - design, permitting, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and construction - while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Scout and Secure : Identify opportunities, build local networks, evaluate technical and commercial feasibility, and secure strategic sites.
- Negotiate : lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and contractors to secure best-value agreements without compromising quality or safety.
- Champion Excellence : Uphold rigorous safety, compliance, and quality standards at every project phase.
- Build Partnerships : Establish and maintain partnership agreements and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, contractors, suppliers, and local communities.
- Support Business Planning : Collaborate with business controllers to develop robust project business plans based on quotes and CAPEX / OPEX assessments. Proactively identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies.
- Communicate with Impact : Provide clear, timely project updates to partners and leadership, ensuring alignment, informed decisions, and project momentum. Ensure seamless handover of completed installations to the asset management team.
- Innovate : Stay on top of emerging technologies and integrate them into project development. Identify growth opportunities through cross-functional collaboration and market intelligence.
- Maximize Value : Represent company interests on the board of directors of project SPVs, ensuring long-term asset performance.
Your profile
You hold a master’s degree in engineering, or a related fieldYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a track record in renewable projects being a strong assetYou can structure and grow a project portfolio while balancing commercial, technical, and stakeholder prioritiesYou are resourceful, self-driven, and thrive when given the freedom to actYou combine sharp negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiencesYou build bridges across departments and partners to deliver aligned and impactful results.You are fluent in French, German, English.
