We're seeking a Program Manager on the Global Procurement Sustainability (GPS) team to drive Supplier Development and Impact (SDI) operational excellence and business optimization programs within the Global Procurement Organization (GPO).
Role Overview :
You will drive strategic excellence in Amazon's SDI operations through program development, governance, and optimization within GPO. Lead the architecture and implementation of frameworks that enhance operational efficiency, business optimization, and sustainable procurement practices in support of GPO's 2040 SDI goals.
This role can be based in Luxembourg, London or Barcelona.
Key job responsibilities
Essential responsibilities :
- Develop and own GPO's SDI governance framework and strategic roadmap
- Architect and implement scalable solutions for SDI lifecycle management
- Drive thought leadership for SDI integration into procurement practices and processes
- Manage SDI Champion program global expansion
- Partner with Global Procurement Central Services on certification maintenance and compliance
- Design and implement operational excellence initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships across GPO Pillars
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Amazon business units
- Lead change management and adoption of SDI initiatives
- Influence procurement practices through data-driven insights
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in program or project managementExperience in supply chainExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldExperience leading process improvements
