Job Description
As a key member of the executive committee and reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead all operational aspects of the organization. Initially responsible for European plant operations, the scope may expand to global operations based on performance.
Key responsibilities include :
- Defining and driving operational strategy, plans, and performance standards.
- Be responsible for the international multi-site scope covering Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, efficiency and cost control.
- Leading transformation initiatives such as SAP and DCI-MES integration, lean manufacturing, and automation.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and employee engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal, safety, environmental, and ESG standards.
- Setting and monitoring key operational KPIs and producing strategic reports.
- Overseeing talent acquisition and development in collaboration with HR.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
