As HRBP for our Float Glass plant in Bascharage , you will ensure that HR strategies align with overall Operations goals and contribute to the company's success by promoting Koch’s Principle Based Management (PBM) philosophy. You will act as a strategic partner in talent management and organizational changes, ensuring compliance with labor policies and maintaining a positive labor relation climate.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the Plant Manager on succession planning, culture initiatives, talent strategies, compensation and coaching opportunities for the front-line supervision and leadership team.
- Support the Line Leads in a 24 / 7 production environment and its day-to-day challenges.
- Support the leaders for a good and fair application of our compensation tools and, by extension, of our Principle Based Management (PBM) culture in a competitive market trend.
- Support collective agreement negotiation and strategy by partnering with various capabilities involved.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts while serving as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, succession planning and organizational development.
- Focus on turnover trends, absenteeism and other employee indicators impacting business results. Drive solutions to improve in real time. Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise on performance appraisals, talent reviews, disciplinary processes, coaching, compensation and recognition.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to identify risks and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of guidelines.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Luxembourg labor law, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.Highly motivated to contribute, with a strong customer-focused approach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels of the organization.Native French language skills and fluent in English.Demonstrated ability to develop and coach talent in a dynamic and multicultural environment.Ability to embrace, communicate and lead others through change with resilience and empathy.What Will Put You Ahead
