Knowledge, skills and abilities Excellent project and time management skills, PM / PMP certifications considered an asset Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly create trust-based relationships Strong knowledge of IT systems infrastructure and system / application integration Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM framework Proven ability to deliver results on plan and within budget Well-developed organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills Good negotiation and influencing skills Proven ability to manage project teams consisting of cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) A proven track record of successful customer relationship management Languages : English (fluent); other languages considered an asset Please send us your CV via the button below.
