Promote Cargolux' Commercial Functions :
- By selling the Cargolux services and products.
- By maintaining regular contact with customers (Internal and external).
- By developing sales opportunities.
- By providing customer service.
- By negotiating sales terms and conditions with customers.
- By coordinating and monitoring ad-hoc requests.
- By coordinating with Route Management on cargo sales opportunities (dense / volume, special destinations, promotion of new destinations).
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
3-4 years' experience in commercial in order to identify potential businesses.Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Economics, Sales or in any other relevant field.Minimum experience in activities like Sales & Marketing, Ground Operations or Route Management.A minimum background experience in air cargo operations, with knowledge on processes and key players.Be customer orientated.Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills, decision making, stress resistant, organizational and administrative skills.Confidence in multicultural approach of the various customers but also of the teams composed by various nationalities.To be up to date with Cargolux network and schedule.Advanced knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint & Excel), Aims, iCargo. World ACD and CASS would be an advantage.Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages will be considered as an advantage.
