Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting for one of its clients a Chief Executive / Deputy Chief Executive - Officer in Data Management & Cash Operations!

Job Description :

The selected candidate will report to the Head of Unit of the DM&CO / DM Unit.

Responsibilities :

Support the migration of data points from old data warehouses to the Group Data Warehouse (GDWH).

Help decommission old BO universes and create / migrate BO reports to new universes.

Assist in developing and automating PowerBI reports.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standards.

Document new reporting processes and support user onboarding.

Implement monitoring and validation processes for extended reports.

Continue implementing data quality controls and compliance frameworks.

Standardize processes and document report generation procedures.

Update risk and regulatory data repositories with internal teams.

Participate in system testing and provide feedback to development teams.

Support Data Quality, Glossary, and Lineages exercises.

Guide end-users and promote data stewardship best practices.

Collaborate with Data Officers to ensure smooth user onboarding to the new DGO platform.

Candidate Profile :

University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields.

At least three years of relevant experience in financial administration, accounting, finance, or audit.

Excellent English skills, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.

Competencies :

Ability to work under tight deadlines and react quickly to new situations in a client-focused, high-quality service environment.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Disciplined approach while maintaining creativity and lateral thinking for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external counterparts.
