Job Title : IAM Administrator (Contract - Luxembourg)

Location : Luxembourg (Hybrid - up to 2 days remote / week)

Contract : 6 months, renewable

Start Date : ASAP

Language Requirement : French (mandatory); English, German, or Luxembourgish are a plus

We're currently seeking an experienced IAM Administrator to join an established IT Security team within a leading financial institution in Luxembourg. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to support key Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Daily management of user identities and access rights (joiner / mover / leaver processes
Administration of privileged accounts and related PAM activities
Design and analysis of access rights using the RBAC model
Support the integration of access rights for new applications
Work collaboratively within a team of 8 under internal coordination
Liaise with users to ensure smooth access operations

Technical Skills :

Strong experience in IAM and PAM administration

Proficiency with Active Directory and EntraID (Azure AD)

Exposure to tools like CyberArk , One Identity Manager , or Lotus Notes is advantageous but not essential

Understanding of PKI and certificate management is a plus

Familiarity with RACF is considered an asset
