Head (m / f / d) IT Support

Field of activity

• Management and further development of the support team, divided into hotline, service desk and client hardware
• Expansion and automation of the ITSM platform and associated development and introduction of the associated processes
• Introduction, compliance, analysis and reporting of defined KPIs
• Responsibility for global user IT support
• Building, developing and implementing AI solutions to increase efficiency in IT support
• Continuous development of own skills and active pursuit of new technologies
