  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Duration : 12 months
  • Company Presence : Full-time or part-time (80% - 1 school day per week)
  • Prerequisite : A tripartite internship agreement signed with your school

Your role

As an intern in the Governance Office department, you will assist our internal and external clients, including in-house Wealth Management and third-party funds. You will ensure proper monitoring of legal signatures, fund data management, and document management. Additionally, you will support both the Fund Social Life and Fund Governance Officer teams in their daily tasks.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Document Collection and Organization : You will be responsible for collecting, sorting, and organizing necessary documents for fund management, such as contracts, financial reports, investor information, prospectuses, etc.
  • Scanning and Electronic Archiving : You will scan physical documents and electronically archive them in a document management system.
  • Compliance Control : You will perform regular checks to ensure documents are complete, up-to-date, and properly classified.
  • Client Request Management : You will handle client requests regarding fund documentation, including searching for specific documents, providing copies, and assisting with form filling.
  • Process Improvement : You will be encouraged to propose improvements to document management processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Logistical Organization of Fund Boards : You will act as the contact person for the logistical organization of fund boards.
  • Designing Internal Reports : You will help design internal reports to enable the team to prepare proposals for Fund board meetings.
  • Management of Board Management Tool Content : You will manage the content of the board management tool.
  • Payment of Director Fees and Related Tax Returns : You will handle the payment of director fees and send related tax returns.
  • Your profile

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or University degree in economics, finance, or executive assistance.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • General understanding of document management systems and databases.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating teamwork, availability, and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and coordination abilities, with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in French is essential; excellent knowledge of English. Other European languages would be considered as an asset.
