ACCOUNTANT USGAAP
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Accountant to oversee our financial audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Key Responsibilities :
Day-to-Day Accounting : Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
Record Maintenance : Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, receipts, and documentation for all transactions.
Budget Support : Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Compliance Assurance : Ensure financial practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Process Improvement : Recommend improvements to accounting workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Tax Support : Assist with preparation and organization of financial data for tax filings and work with external tax professionals as needed.
Software Management : Use financial software such as
QuickBooks Online to manage company accounts and generate reports.
Internal Controls : Help implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.
Qualifications :
Accountant , with a strong grasp of accounting principles and US GAAP.
QuickBooks Online , and strong Excel skills.
Accounting, Finance , or a related field required; certification (e.g.,
CPA ,
CB ) is a plus.
