Purpose of the position The digital Product Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our apps and the cross-platform integration of the different digital tools.

In this role, the digital Product Manager translates customer needs into concrete digital solutions with managing multidepartemental teams.

This role interfaces with a wide range of internal and external teams such as product, customer care, loyalty, marketing and communications, engineering, billing, etc.

to ensure the digital solutions are in line with the objectives and strategy of the company.

Tasks Collaborate with different roles / managers on defining the strategy for Digital tools & services (including apps , Web Self Care, E-shop and other digital solutions) To be responsible for the Digital Products & tools roadmap, planning, definition and design, implementation and user experience Product & Tools definition Translating roadmaps into manageable product implementation plannings Maintaining the prioritized development of use cases, features, and debugging Analysing product metrics and trends to assess product performance and improvement Opportunities Coordinate and manage the implementation of digital tools and services with internal and external partners.

Manage the budget associated with the development of the digital tools and services.

Manage cross-platform integrations of products and customer care digital tools : Responsible for ensuring a similar customer experience across digital platforms for products and services.

Responsible for defining the required features for the different platforms to ensure a good customer experience.

Define, develop and implement digital solutions to further digitalise our customer journeys and bring value to all stakeholders Define together with Telecom and / or ICT product managers the optimal digital on-boarding and lifecycle management experience of our products and services Identify and implement key opportunities for digital Up / xsell of products and services Work on the integration of e-care / e-sales tools into our existing or new digital communication channels Identify and implement key opportunities for UX / UI optimizations on the existing Apps and other digital tools Identifying consumer needs and filling product gaps through the generation of new ideas (product, Cex improvements, etc.) Other activities and responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, may be assigned to the position holder.

Profile Education / training (or equivalent level) : Business or engineering oriented education & experience (economics / commercial science / management / engineering / software development) Required experience : Product Manager or technical Product Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Technical knowledge / skills Digital projects (Web and mobile) and design discussions Customer experience Proficient in defining key metrics to measure success of digital products Familiar with current and emerging technologies Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking is considered a plus Project management skills (scoping, planning, coordinating) with experience implementing and adjusting processes for improved efficiency Expected professional behaviours for the position : Accountability Agility Collaboration "Digital Mindset" Customer centricity Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority Creativity Entrepreneurship Team player Proactivity Determination Assertiveness French and English are mandatory (read, written, spoken, understood) Luxembourgish and German are a great asset If at the end of the process your application is successful, you will be asked for a criminal record
