CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Functional & Automation Test Engineer to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution.

Your Missions

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear test objectives.
  • Write and maintain functional test cases , both manual and automated .
  • Document user stories, epics, use cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business analysts and product owners.
  • Design, script, and execute automated tests using Selenium and JavaScript .
  • Use ALM Octane to manage test campaigns, traceability, and defects.
  • Integrate testing into Agile workflows , ensuring quality is built into every sprint.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, report, and retest defects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and standards.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in manual and automated functional testing .
  • Strong skills in business analysis and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies .
  • ISTQB certified.
  • Hands-on experience with ALM Octane .
  • Practical knowledge of JavaScript and Selenium WebDriver for automation scripting.
  • Fluent level in French  and English.

    • Nice to have :

  • Familiarity with Python and VBScript (used in UFTOne ).
  • Experience with tools such as : ServiceNow, SoapUI, Postman, REST API testing, xWiki
