As part of this initiative, ArcelorMittal is looking for a professional, who takes the responsibility of following assignments at group level & unit level as per Corporate strategy from a third line of defence (independent audit) perspective.
Job Summary :
Process Safety Management Lead is responsible for Heading and coordinating Process Safety Management (PSM) assurance activities (3
Line), across the group. PSM is part of Group Assurance and work as an independent body. Incumbent will be responsible for implementation of independent audits of PSM, to ensure compliance with ArcelorMittal Group and regulatory standards to maintain the safety of operations.
The role involves the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks associated with processes, ensuring the protection of people, the environment, and assets. The Process Safety Head will collaborate closely with various PSM Managers of Unit / Segment level within group.

Head of PSM will report to Head of Global Assurance. Incumbent has to collaborate with various PSM Managers of Unit / Segment level within ArcelorMittal Group and Regional Heads of Global Assurance.
Operating location :
Luxembourg office or anywhere in Europe.
Qualification : Graduate Engineer with about 20 years of experience in Industrial safety and Process Safety Management type of role in relevant industry. Mix of Steel, Mining and Oil & Gas would be an ideal mix.

Incumbent has to be globally mobile and may require to travel to different ArcelorMittal plants and offices.
