Ensure that information is accessible and reliable. Coordinate creation and review of documentation activities (standard operating procedures, processes, service design packages, service catalogue...) Conduct a periodic analysis of knowledge use to improve efficiency. Ensure with all Knowledge Owners that correct procedures are followed for creating, updating, reviewing, authorizing, communicating and distributing of knowledge Configuration Manager Ensure the CMDB is kept up-to-date with assets and components needed to supply the IT services Plan, identify, control, account and verify configurations items and their relationships Ensures that CIS are uniquely identified with naming conventions.
