Your Responsibilities | Payroll – Payslip – Reporting – PFS – Management

  • Lead and support  your team by overseeing all aspects of payroll processing for a dedicated portfolio of clients
  • Review and validate salary calculations performed by the team to ensure precision and compliance
  • Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and a high standard of service
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring responsiveness and high service satisfaction
  • Actively participate in expanding the payroll service line by identifying new opportunities and contributing to client retention and growth strategies .

Profile and Career Path | Payroll – Payslip – Reporting – PFS – Management

  • To be considered for this role you should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • For this role you should have at least 6 years of experience in the payroll sector in Luxembourg.
  • You should be fluent in French with professional-level proficiency in English.
  • It’s essential to have a diverse experience in payroll, including exposure to different collective agreements and payroll aspects.
  • To be the ideal candidate you should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Our partner is seeking a candidate rigorous and with methodical approach to ensure accuracy and smooth payroll operations.

  • Our partner offers a competitive salary of up to €85,000 gross per year , depending on experience
