Tadaweb is a scale-up technology company providing an open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform that magnifies the impact of investigative and analytical teams. Over the past 11 years, Tadaweb has become a leader in the collection and enrichment of information to effectively scale analysts impact. Our SaaS platform follows ethical principles, only relying on publicly available information.

Scope of work :

  • Find and recruit the best talents to staff our teams in Luxembourg, Paris, London and Ottawa (and wherever the adventure will lead us!)
  • Manage the full recruitment process : you work closely with the Hiring Managers and all different stakeholders to define the scope of work, identify the right sourcing strategy, screen and short-list candidates, feedback hiring managers and make sure that the hiring process runs as smoothly as possible for all parties involved.
  • Build and cultivate talent pipelines for hiring needs, partnering with the Hiring Managers, being ready to work on different kinds of roles and seniority
  • As the voice of Tadaweb, ensure an amazing candidate experience while providing insights and information about culture and life at Tadaweb
  • Continuously improve our recruiting process

Profile :

  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house
  • Thorough sourcing and recruiting skills, and the capacity to build an internal and external network
  • Experience working with job boards, ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow and any other relevant tools
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
  • Good communication and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience in high-growth companies, preferably in tech
  • Comfortable with changing priorities and dealing with ambiguity (yes, we are human!)
  • Fluency in English, French is a plus
  • A drive to close open positions and a pride to have found and hired the best talent!
