The Corporate Planning & Strategy Department (“PSD”) Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. is responsible for maintaining, testing and constantly improving the business continuity plans and disaster recovery operating procedures of the Bank. In order to support our team, we are looking for a Business Continuity Coordinator on a permanent contract. Your main tasks will be to : Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Resilience plans Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery plans Develop and maintain Crisis Management plans Work closely with Business Units to identify risks and perform the Business Impact Analyses Maintain documentation of BC / DR procedures and policies Support incident management and crisis response activities Job requirements : Studies in Financial, Economics or Business Administration or a successful experience in Banking services or Business Continuity function Strong knowledge of Fund Administration and Custody operating model Good understanding of technology Disaster Recovery planning and processes High proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Knowledge of Riskonnect's Business Continuity & Resilience product is an asset Good command in English and French Good organizational skills Dynamic and enthusiast with real motivation ...
