About the Role
As an Accountant – Securitisation, you will oversee the accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance of a portfolio of securitisation vehicles. You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements, liaise with auditors and tax authorities, and contribute to the efficiency of accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage periodic and year-end financial closings, ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
- Oversee the accounting treatment of securitisation transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and review VAT returns, Corporate Tax returns, and regulatory filings related to securitisation structures.
- Act as a key point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and clients, addressing financial and accounting queries.
- Monitor cash flows, reconciliations, and payment processing for securitisation vehicles.
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Your Profile
Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.At least 2-3 years of experience in securitisation accounting or a similar role in Luxembourg.Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP; IFRS experience is an asset.Familiarity with securitisation structures, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Luxembourg.Fluency in English is essential; other languages are an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a deadline-driven environment.Why Join Us?
