We are seeking an Project Management Assistance to join our team in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities (Expected Results) : As an AMO Consultant, your mission will involve a comprehensive set of tasks across three main areas :
- Project and Application Management :
- Maintaining JIRA to ensure auditability of decisions.
- Updating project reporting elements, including planning and risk matrices.
- Coordinating diverse project and application teams (e.g., client, developers, translators, communicators).
- Monitoring and actively participating in the resolution of issues and questions related to your scope.
- Batching and prioritizing requests in collaboration with the client and impacted teams.
- Organizing and conducting steering committees with the client and platform’s coordination.
- Drafting comprehensive meeting minutes for client meetings.
- Ensuring strict adherence to the project scope as defined in the project proposal.
- Proactively informing platform’s coordination at the earliest sign of any risk of budget, planning, or scope overrun.
- Business Analysis :
- Organizing and facilitating workshops with clients.
- Being responsible for the creation, updating, and client validation of HMI mock-ups.
- In charge of creating and updating functional specifications.
- Defining structured incoming and outgoing messages for applications within your perimeter.
- Quality Assurance :
- Defining detailed test plans.
- Actively participating in the execution of test plans across all environments.
- Providing support and guidance to the client during the user acceptance testing (recette) phase.
Requirements / skills :
Educational Background : You must hold a university degree (BAC+4) in Information Technology delivered by a higher education institution. Diplomas in languages other than French, German, Luxembourgish, or English must be accompanied by an official sworn translation.Experience as a Functional Analyst : A minimum of 1 year of proven practical experience as a functional analyst and in process modeling within the last 5 years. This includes in-depth knowledge of business process analysis and functional analysis for drafting specifications.Experience in Project Management Assistance or Project Leadership : A minimum of 1 year of proven practical experience in project management assistance or project leadership within the last 5 years.Experience in Test Management : Experience in conducting test methodologies within the context of custom system development within the last 5 years.General Skills : You must possess strong drafting abilities, demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, and be capable of consistently adhering to the contracting authority's instructions.Language Proficiency (CEFR Levels) :French : Required at C1 level for all skills : Listening, Reading, Spoken Interaction, Spoken Production, and Writing.
