Finance Manager - Launch the Lux Office

An international financial institution is opening a new office in Luxembourg as part of its European growth strategy and is looking for a Head of Finance to lead this exciting setup.

Salary : Up to €130,000 gross / year + benefits

Finance Manager - Your responsibilities :

• Set up and lead finance function in Luxembourg
• Supervise accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, and audit processes
• Coordinate with service providers and manage SPVs
• Prepare Lux GAAP and IFRS reports, including group consolidation
• Partner with senior management on strategic finance initiatives
• Drive analytical reporting tools and process improvements
• Serve as key point of contact with regulators and auditors
