Description de posteYou convince us with a degree (Bachelor's) in the field ofputer science / business informatics or aparable qualification. You have very good knowledge of IT application operations. Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage. Your profile is characterized by strong analytical skills, decision-making ability and a high level of goal orientation. Youmunicate convincingly in writing and orally in our working language German. Good English skills round off your profile.
Important : This is a relocation role targeted at candidates currently residing outside Germany, preferably within the EU, as we do not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Germany and possess at least B1+ level German language skills.
What to expect
- As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the deployment and secure operation of applications on LINUX and Windows servers. These are both self-developed Java applications and standard products such as AmbitFocus and Abacus360.
- You will actively apany the projects from the bidding phase tomissioning, through quality inspections, operational acceptance tests or implementation activities.
- You will be responsible for process activities within the service lifecycle with a focus on tasks in service transition and service operation for applications.
- Furthermore, you will analyze and process service requests and manage standard / routine changes taking into account the valid SLAs.
