LAWYER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PRACTICE (M / F)

THE JOB :

Our client is seeking a qualified Investment Funds Lawyer to join their investment management practice, which has extensive fund structuring expertise in a broad range of asset classes, among which infrastructure, private equity, debt and real estate.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join a multidisciplinary team and make a significant contribution to this growing practice. The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Advising clients on a wide range of matters, with a focus on providing legal advice to our clients in the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds;
• Supporting the team on a broad spectrum of investments and Financial Services regulation deals;
• Working with a client base and with local and foreign law firms.
