EyeTech Solutions - Chief Information Security Officer

EyeTech Solutions is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Information Security Officer for our client.

The CISO will serve as the process owner of all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies. Our client is a well-established company with a strong commitment to information security.

They are looking for a talented CISO to join their team and lead their information security management program. Tasks Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Develop and enhance an information security management framework. Interact with related disciplines to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services. Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization. Partner with business stakeholders to raise awareness of risk management concerns. Assist with overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems. Skills & qualifications Customer Management Senior Security Expertise Contract Management Compliance Management Master's Degree in business administration or a technology-related field Professional security management certifications (CISSP, Cciso, CISM) Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security, and IT jobs Knowledge of common information security Management Frameworks (ISO / IEC 27001, NIST) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management Excellent leadership skills Communication / Negotiation skills Contributions / Leadership experience in multi-functional teams Hands-on experience with security implementations and best practices in Cloud, Network, System, and Applications developments French and English language skills Other languages will be considered as an asset. What we have to offer Freelance contract for 6 to 12 months with possible extensions On-site work in Luxembourg. Salary will be competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
