Your tasks
Business leadership
- You analyse the market to identify growth opportunities aligned with the Group’s renewable energy strategy
- You identify new business opportunities and conduct risk assessments to evaluate feasibility and profitability
- You establish and manage strategic partnerships with stakeholders including industrial and commercial customers, local communities and public authorities
Innovation
You collaborate cross-functionally with the Group’s teams to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and enhance market competitivenessYou work with project teams and external suppliers to build strong value propositions and enhance product positioningProject and Business Development
You capture new project opportunities, create customized technical offers, and negotiate commercial agreements and project-related contractsYou conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsYou maintain accurate documentation of all business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management on project status, market conditions and strategic initiativesYour profile
You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related fieldYou have a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar function or in the energy domainYou have strong business acumen, and you can identify problems and think solution-orientatedYou have strong communications skills and are customer-orientedYou take initiatives, have effective negotiation skills and show entrepreneurshipYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German.
