Mission

Position Overview :  We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team of 50 persons in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outsourcing IT business solutions and business consulting services. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities   :

  • Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement staffing plans that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives,

  • Recruitment & Business development :
  • Identify staffing needs at customers sides, source candidates, manage the sourcing processes,

  • Candidate Management :
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and make hiring or contracting decisions,

  • Onboarding :
  • Manage the onboarding process for new candidates, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company,

  • Data Analysis :
  • Monitor and analyze key staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

    Skills and qualifications

    The ideal candidate needs a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. You need to have a solid understanding of the outsourcing market, the industry standards, and the best practices.

    You also need to have analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to assess the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality of the outsourcing solutions. Moreover, you need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Education :  Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience :  Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of managed staffing, preferably in the Software / business Applications, Finance or consulting industry in Luxembourg .
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Understanding project management principles.
  • Fluency in both English and French ; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
