Hays - Business Process Modeler

Join our team to shape and optimize business processes across Europe using ARIS! We are looking for a Business Process Modeler for one of our client based in Kirchberg. Permanent position or freelance contract Annual gross salary up to 130 000EUR (employees) Daily rate between 800EUR and 850EUR Starting date : immediately or after 1 month notice period English fluent is mandatory Main missions Design, analyse, and model business processes using ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) software. You will work closely with stakeholders located in Luxembourg and Europe to create detailed process models and implement changes. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date process models and documentation Part of the responsibility include the roll-out of the global governance Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Your profile 2+ years of experience in process modelling and analysis Strong expertise in ARIS software and its applications Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels Strong understanding of business processes and operations Experience with global governance and regulatory frameworks is a plus
