You will handle the full lifecycle of various entities (Sàrl, SA, SOPARFI, SPV), streamlining workflows and ensuring smooth operations. This hands-on role will sharpen your legal expertise and position you as a key contributor to the fund setup process.
You'll prepare and oversee meetings of governing bodies, ensuring regulatory compliance while facilitating decision-making. This will allow you to become a trusted contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Through accurate and structured documentation, you'll play a vital role in upholding governance standards and boosting internal efficiency in corporate reporting.
You will oversee complex corporate events-such as director changes, share transfers, capital increases / reductions, and liquidations-building strong exposure to high-value legal and financial operations.
Ensuring timely and accurate filings with the RCS and RBE will enhance your regulatory knowledge and strengthen your operational reliability.
Collaborating closely with compliance officers, you'll help integrate AML / KYC best practices into the fund governance framework, deepening your interdisciplinary expertise and broadening your strategic impact.
