Responsibilities

The candidate will collaborate closely with the Procurement Director, Processes & Analytics and will be responsible for developing an integrated Source to Contract Process framework and the associated controls.

The successful candidate will also be supporting the Spend Cube project together with the Manager of Procurement Reporting, Systems & Analysis.

The role includes as well a dimension linked to new systems and solution to improve the processes and productivity of the team (eg. sourcing platform, risk management solutions, etc.)

The candidate will also be in charge of regulation adherence and associated reporting related to procurement objects (eg. CSRD, monitor CBAM application, etc).

Key business responsibilities include :

PROCESSES, CONTROLS & COMPLIANCE

Responsible for Source to Contract process mapping and optimisation

Process update and maintenance under BMI - Core (Symbio)

Ensure adherence & compliance to policies and processes related to Source to Contract by setting and implementing the right controls in place - ensure timely reporting about risks and opportunities

Support regulatory needs (in terms of reporting (eg CSRD, CBAM) in coordination with )

Initiate quality assurance for procurement

Maintain procurement related policies

Maintain Procurement Delegation of Authority matrix for procurement (valid also to Vendor creation approval or any topics related)

SYSTEMS & TOOLS

Support for the mid term migration of procurement data into SAC data lake for integrated management with the support of the Procurement Analyst team

Prepare SRM / Supplier integrated platform deployment via RFP and ensure specifications are fit for purpose + conduct the deployment and usage

Evaluate Risk Management solutions

Explore guided buying options / Tail Spend Management

PROJECT - Shadow the Manager of Procurement Reporting, Systems & Analysis) for Spend Cube project :

Gate keeper including tool acceptance as per SLA

Coordinate between Solution provider - IT - ad hoc integrators

Coordinate internally with Procurement Leadership Team for ensuring resources availability

Coordinate internally with Categories & Local procurement for data cleansing & integration

Identify local integrators for uncovered countries

Ensure budget integrity & planning monitoring

Professional Experiences & Qualifications

University degree in either business administration / economics

Min. 4 years of professional experience in project management, industrial audit, compliance, ESG consulting firms, product / category management in a big mature organization

Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work collaboratively both upwards and at peer level with functional and business colleagues in various stakeholder groups (e.g. Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, other Group functions)

Strong business acumen and strategic skills

Strong analytical ability to generate insights, business cases and investment decisions

At ease with Data & structuring it

Fluent in English, other European languages being a plus

Skills & Attributes Required

Process driven person with a highly pragmatic way of thinking and implementing things

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Able to see the big picture and progress step by step

Business-outcome oriented with great interpersonal skills and ability to learn fast

Communicate and present clearly and effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation

Inquisitive personality who likes to work across countries and functions

Proven influencing and relationship building skills

Experience with Google Environment is a plus
