Sr Corporate Officer – In-House, Attractive Package

Your Responsibilities | Law – Finance – Legal – AIFM – ManCo - CoSec

You will be responsible for the corporate governance of a portfolio mainly composed of Holdings and SPVs .
Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, or minutes will be part of your daily tasks.
You will be asked to organize board meetings.
You will liaise with third parties such as banks, lawyers, and notaries.
You will oversee the incorporation and liquidation processes.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Finance – Legal – AIFM – ManCo - CoSec

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment such as a PFS, fiduciary, or AIFM in Luxembourg.

To ensure effective communication with colleagues and third parties, fluency in English is essential.

To understand the portfolio you will be working on, familiarity with Holdings and SPVs is required.

To align with the company’s culture, a stable career path is important, demonstrating that you are looking for a long-term partnership.

You will earn a salary of up to €80,000 gross / year , providing you with a comfortable standard of living.
