A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced and driven  Quality Manager  to lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role is ideal for a quality professional with a strong background in automotive manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement quality control processes to meet industry and customer standards.

Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished goods.

Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and manage escalations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Oversee process audits and product inspections to ensure reliability.

Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

Deliver effective quality training to team members.

Ensure compliance with IATF-16949 : 2019, ISO 9001 : 2015, and customer-specific requirements.

Your Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, ideally in glass manufacturing.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Experience with lean methodologies and quality management software.

Fluent in English; German or French is a plus (trilingual is an asset).
