What will you do?

Be responsible for extending the Corporate Finance Service reinforcing the execution team;

Be involved in fair valuation assignments across the main asset classes (e.g. private equity, real estate and private debts);

Be involved in intangible valuations and purchase price allocation exercises across several sectors and industries;

Be involved in M&A transactions;

Be involved in preparing and reviewing business financials models;

Work on transaction supports (buy side and sell side due diligences).

This offer is for you if :

You hold a master’s degree in business administration and economics, ideally with a Corporate Finance specialization;

You have between 3 to 5 years of significant experience in the Corporate Finance Services (valuation, M&A, transaction support);

You aim to continue learning;

You aim to be a well-rounded corporate finance professional;

You are proactive, involved, highly motivated and take responsibility for your own work;

You got strong analytical and communication skills;

You speak English. French and German are a plus, any other additional European language will be considered an asset;
