The Luxembourg office is currently looking for a Mid-Level Corporate M&A Lawyer to strengthen its dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities | Associate M&A – Law – Lawyer - Legal

You will manage and advise on various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of corporate documents, including SPAs, shareholder agreements, and related transactional documents.
You will maintain direct contact with clients and coordinate with international teams to deliver seamless solutions.
You will handle legal due diligence processes effectively, providing comprehensive and strategic advice.

Profile and Career Path | Associate M&A – Law – Lawyer - Legal

You have at least 3 years of experience in Corporate M&A within a reputable law firm.

You speak English fluently; proficiency in French or German would be considered an asset.

You are proactive, analytical, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with international clients.

You appreciate working autonomously while benefiting from a supportive and highly experienced team
