For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f / m / d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion

You can look forward to these exciting tasks :

• Plans, conducts and follows-up process audits, potential analysis at suppliers for release, evaluation and systematic development
• Collect and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality departments to ensure awareness of known purchased part or product quality issues.
• Support the SQM in the supplier evaluation of quality-relevant aspects
• Supports continuous improvement by active feedback, follow-up or development of specification, drawings and standardization
• Conducts structured Root-Cause analysis in case of technical deviations, including structured problem solving, implementing corrective actions using the 8D method, approving and conducting follow-ups
• Leading Supplier APQP Process including Launch Management (PPAP / VDA 2)
