Department : Commercial Reports to : Commerical Director Employee type : Permanent contract – Full time employee Location : Dudelange, Luxembourg For our headquarter office based in Dudelange, we are currently looking for a Pricing Administrator. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Pricing Administrator supports the implementation of strategic sales guidelines given by management. Furthermore, the Pricing Administrator provides pricing advice to the Sales personnel and is responsible for the overall performance of all pricing-related system tools, procedures and services given to the organization. Duties and Responsibilities : Uses and audits reporting tools to support pricing decisions and advises the Sales and peripheral departments (Technical, Marketing, Management and procurement); Provides price guidelines to Regional Sales Managers and Sales Executive for local opportunities according to sales guidelines; Updates, records in SPA and publishes lists for selected accounts monthly; Records and updates customer price lists following a case by case check in accordance with market knowledge, management guidelines and if necessary following validation from the Commercial Director; Provides price validation to the Customer Service and helps them obtain price validation from relevant decision maker; Converts, uploads and maintains OEM pricing schedules in JDE in multiple currencies; Requests and provides transfer prices for Inter-Company transactions (finished goods); Provides price validation to the Finance department (Credit service) to unlock M2 margin held orders; Controls the margin at order entry with subsequent validation of critical cases daily; Implements adapted pricing system solutions according to OEM business requirements and JDE system constraints; Acts as an advisor to the Commercial Director in the definition of Mass updates scenarios followed by the execution of the update guidelines; Extracts and distributes price lists upon request; Manages the Ampacet Pricebook; Manages the overall pricing setup in JDE Advanced Pricing System; Responsibly manages and organizes all customer rebates and the end-of-year calculations required; Manages and coordinates commissions paid to our distributors and agents; Issues new prices for development codes and reviews existing quotations on development codes when needed; Assists Sales, Logistics and Finance departments in all other functions concerning pricing; Actively audits and provides optimization ideas of JDE pricing tools to ERP as Super Key User; Cooperates with the R&D, Technical and Marketing departments contributing to product rationalization and ensures proper communication is given to the Sales personnel; Assists the Commercial Director in the sell-off of slow movers; Provides preliminary quotes of obsolete codes to Sales staff; Acts as central contact point for ISO-related topics related to Sales procedures. Performs all other additional projects and duties as assigned by the management. Profile : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related area; At least years' experience in a similar role or area; Good knowledge of general business practices; Good understanding of finished goods costs structure; Fluent in English and optionally French any other language is an asset; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organization and analytical skills; Comput er literate : Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Knowledge of an ERP (JDE ideally); Ampacet is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and will not discriminate against an applicant on the basis of age, sex, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, national origin or citizenship, disability, marital status or any other legally recognized protected basis under local laws or regulations.
