Description
Internal Service Provider : Ensure high-quality service level to internal customers by working closely with pilots, mechanics, and other stakeholders to fulfill their requirements
Customer Service : Welcome and assist internal customers entering team's office, ensuring their different needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Uniform Management : Oversee and execute the end-to-end management of pilots’ and mechanics’ uniforms as well as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – This includes following steps : procurement, measurement, delivery, distribution, collection for cleaning...
Administrative Support : Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance including but not limited to record-keeping, distributing various items to internal customers, coordinating shipments of materials to Cargolux's global station offices, managing the maintenance of the pool car fleet...
Inventory Control : Monitor and manage stock levels of goods (ex : uniforms, office material, branded items...) managed by the team
General Procurement : Handle procurement tasks for various categories of goods / services, ensuring time and cost-efficient purchasing. This contains the ''purchase to pay'' part of the process but also the involvement in the ''source to contract'' process based on different internal policies
Supplier Relationship Management : Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for enhancing procurement efficiency and implement best practices to optimize processes
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
Bachelor of Business Administration or any related study with focus on Procurement, or secondary education / apprenticeship in such a field
Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient level of English (fluency in written and spoken English). French, German, Luxembourgish and other languages are considered as an advantage
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Customer oriented mindset
Detail-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook; Teams)
Knowledge of a procurement system is an advantage (e.g. SAP Ariba; SAP MM, Zycus...)
Ability to work under time pressure
Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Good analytical capabilities
Comfortable working both in a team and autonomously
