Company Description

Our client is a top-tier international law firm with a long-standing presence in Luxembourg. Known for its excellence across the asset management sector, the firm advises global clients on UCITS, AIFs, and regulatory frameworks. To strengthen its team, the firm is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate for its Investment Funds practice.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on the structuring, formation, and registration of investment funds (UCITS and AIFs).

Draft and review offering documents, partnership agreements, and management contracts.

Liaise with the CSSF and support licensing procedures.

Provide regulatory advice on AIFMD, SFDR, and cross-border distribution.

Work closely with tax, corporate, and finance teams on multi-disciplinary projects.

Supervise junior lawyers and participate in client development.

Profile

Master’s degree in Law; additional qualifications (e.g. LLM, bar admission) are a plus.

3 to 6 years of experience in fund law in a leading law firm in Luxembourg.

Strong knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD, and Luxembourg regulatory environment.

Fluent in English and French; German is a strong asset.

Excellent drafting, analytical and client-facing skills.
