Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end audit engagements : plan, execute fieldwork, track findings, and follow through on recommendations to enhance controls.
- Develop and maintain the annual internal audit plan in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify high-risk areas through risk assessments and propose targeted action plans to strengthen governance.
- Draft concise, insightful audit reports for both internal stakeholders and external reviewers, clearly communicating observations and remediation steps.
- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance to analyze control gaps (MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, AML / KYC) and implement corrective measures.
- Champion continuous improvement by suggesting process optimizations that uphold regulatory standards.
- Provide ad-hoc support for unplanned reviews and advisory requests, acting as a trusted resource across the organization.
Your Profile
3-6 years' audit experience, ideally from a Big 4 (banking / asset management focus) or an in-house bank internal audit team.Proven knowledge of banking regulations and frameworks, including MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, AML / KYC, and Risk & Compliance.Strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is a plus.Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.Comfortable operating within a structured environment and building relationships at all levels.What We Offer
