To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Junior Service Desk agent (M / W / X) speaking French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
Your main responsibilities :
- Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- Involvement in customer projects will also be expected
- More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed :
- Support on network infrastructure,
- Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
- Monitoring critical systems,
- Participation to infrastructure improvement projects
Your profile :
Either recently graduated in computer science or already experienced in a similar positionIdeally with an initial exposure to this type of product : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English and GermanOpen-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environmentStrong team spirit and customer orientationVery important : given the 24 / 7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is mandatoryITIL certification would be a valuable asset - Don’t worry if you’re not certified : we’ll take care of that !If at the end of the recruitment process your application is successful, you will be asked for a criminal record.
