To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Junior   Service Desk agent (M / W / X)   speaking  French, English, German and Luxembourgish.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Mainly in the financial field, you will have  to adapt yourself  to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
  • Involvement in customer projects  will also be expected
  • More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed :
  • Support on  network  infrastructure,
  • Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
  • Monitoring  critical systems,
  • Participation to  infrastructure improvement projects

Your profile :

  • Either recently  graduated in computer science   or  already  experienced  in a similar position
  • Ideally with an initial exposure to this type of product :   Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
  • Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English and German
  • Open-mindedness  and  readiness  to work in a multicultural environment
  • Strong  team spirit  and  customer orientation
  • Very important : given the  24 / 7 service  provided to customers,  availability to work nights and weekends  is mandatory
  • ITIL certification  would be a valuable asset - Don’t worry if you’re not certified : we’ll take care of that !
