Compliance Internship Luxembourg

Duration : 3 months (with possibility of extension)

Location : Luxembourg City Centre

Hybrid working options (2 remote working days) are available for full-time Luxembourg residents.

As a , you will play a crucial role in supporting ourpliance team. Your main responsibility will be to assist with the onboarding of accounts, ensuring all documentation and information provided by clients meet regulatory andpany standards. This role offers hands-on experience inpliance operations and provides an excellent foundation for a career in financial services.

What you'll be doing

• Know Your Customer (KYC) & Period Review Support : Assist in reviewing and verifying documentation and information provided by clients during the onboarding and periodic review process.
• Perform due diligence checks on client documents, ensuringpliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Data Management : Accurately upload and maintain client documentation and information in thepany's internal systems.
• Monitoring : Identify discrepancies or potential risks during the onboarding process and escalate them to thepliance team.
• Liaise with internal teams and occasionally with clients to clarify and obtain missing information.
• Process Improvement : Suggest improvements to streamline the onboarding process and enhance efficiency.
