Company Description Our client is a dynamic fund management company operating both UCITS and AIF structures. With growing regulatory obligations, the firm is seeking a Compliance Officer with RC responsibilities (Responsable du Contrôle) to oversee the AML / CFT framework and act as liaison with the CSSF. Responsibilities Assume the RC function and report to the board and the CSSF. Implement and maintain the AML / CFT control framework. Conduct internal risk assessments and draft annual RC reports. Supervise KYC processes for investors and service providers. Coordinate external audits and regulatory filings. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure internal alignment. Profile Degree in Law or Compliance; CAMS or equivalent certification is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in compliance in the fund industry in Luxembourg. Proven experience interacting with the CSSF. Deep understanding of AML / CFT regulations and fund governance. Full fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
