Job Content : As a Hardware Maintenance Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on the cost analysis of hardware maintenance for various equipment, including networks, security systems, and servers. Your responsibilities will encompass negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, preparing client offers and presentations, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), drafting and monitoring contracts, and ensuring timely contract compliance.
Profile : Essential Qualifications : You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of IT Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is imperative Knowledge of hardware components, such as networks, security, and servers Fluency in both spoken and written French and English Ability to draft offers in both French and English Adaptability to new hardware and emerging technologies Strong organizational skills to meet client demands Effective communication and negotiation skills for client interactions Self-motivated, serious, and capable of managing a demanding workload Resilience in high-stress situations.
