Primary Supply Teacher

Temporary role

Required on supply basis from October 2022

Job Purpose

  • To carry out professional duties and to have responsibility for an assigned class or subject activities during teacher's absence;
  • To be responsible for covering the day to day work and management of classes and the safety and welfare of the pupils, during on site and off site;
  • To promote the aims and objectives of the school and maintain its philosophy.

You will have :

  • Teaching Qualification - essential
  • A proven record of good / outstanding teaching
  • Experience of teaching the English National Curriculum for England and Wales
  • Experience of modelling best practice would be an advantage
  • An internationally minded outlook
  • A creative approach to teaching
  • Evidence of high student progress and attainment
  • Proactive and willing to take part in extracurricular activities and events
  • Strong team player
  • Evidence of supporting colleagues or leading a team
  • Working at St George's International School Luxembourg
