Your Challenge
- Develop and execute the business strategy to grow and diversify the bank's client base to sustainably strengthen our revenue base
- A well-developed network of professional and personal long-term contacts and your passion in acquisition enable you to introduce new clients to the Group; your strength is networking with clients as well as establishing and expanding new contacts
- Representation of a sales and performance culture, using technology to multiply the number of contact points with our clients
- Local visits of clients
- Cooperation in effective marketing activities and client events
Your Profile
Seasoned and mature professional with vast work experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management and the ambition to enhance your careerStrong track record in client acquisition and business development, particularly in an international environmentYou have a client-oriented mindset and strive to deliver excellent client service on the highest professional levelExperience in tax matters and background in legal and insurance structures is a plusA very good understanding of financial markets and client expectations are essential for succeeding in this roleExcellent interpersonal communication skills to interact successfully with clients and colleaguesSound knowledge of MS-Office applications and open-minded for new media and systemsFluent in English and at least one Baltic language is essential; German, Russian and other languages are considered as advantageIn the event of employment, we will ask you to provide a recent criminal record certificate.
