Your Responsibilities | Law – Legal – Regulatory – Finance – Law firm – Attorney

• You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Maintaining direct contact with clients and building trusted, long-term relationships will be an integral part of your role.
• You will ensure ongoing legal monitoring and remain up to date with regulatory changes, allowing you to proactively advise clients and offer tailored legal solutions.
• You will actively participate in complex transactions , such as mergers, restructurings, and liquidations.
