With around 130 lawyers and 14 Partners, the Luxembourg office of Clifford Chance is a leading player in the Luxembourg legal services market.
We work on many complex legal matters which require tailor-made legal advice and providing solutions at the cutting-edge of legal innovation for our clients. We are therefore looking for a lawyer with an excellent academic background, ideally covering civil law, contract law, private international law, security / collateral and insolvency law and who can proactively bring value-add to the fee-earners of the practice / group by gathering and spreading legal knowledge and know-how. Working alongside the transactional lawyers, the role will be expected to deliver on a variety of regular support activities, notably doing legal research, drafting memoranda or practice notes, contributing to templates, to the regulatory watch, know-how dissemination and management and training.
We are looking to reinforce our Global Financial Markets team with the recruitment of a Knowledge Lawyer. The successful applicant will report to Partners in charge of the GFM practice area. He / she will also liaise with the different people within the network and within the Luxembourg office in charge of Knowledge Management, to maximise the use of Clifford Chance global resources and share best practices.
