Your Responsibilities | Real estate – Law – Attorney – Finance – Law firm – Regulatory

• You will draft , review , and negotiate commercial leases, development agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and other key legal documents.
• You will oversee the legal aspects of high-value real estate projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
• Negotiating favorable terms for clients, carefully mitigating risks and addressing potential legal challenges will be part of your daily work.
• You will assist in resolving real estate-related disputes, including landlord-tenant conflicts, contract breaches, and construction-related issues.
