Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with investment
goals.
Lead product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle—from discovery andideation to release and performance tracking.
Customer Development & Research
Conduct structured interviews, surveys, and usage analyses to understand user needsand segment client types.
Develop customer personas and use research insights to shape product direction andclient interactions.
Lead hypothesis testing via MVPs, feature experiments, and pilot initiatives to validatecustomer pain points and product-market fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with the IT and research teams to understand user needs and ensure theplatform delivers actionable insights.
Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to integrate advanced datafeatures and automated workflows.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success and inform strategicdecisions.
Leverage user feedback and product analytics to enhance functionality, usability, andexperience.
Customer Support Process
Design and scale clear, effective customer support processes.Create documentation and support channels to reduce friction in onboarding andtroubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to streamline how support issues areresolved.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in financialdata intelligence.
Use market insights to inform product improvements and maintain Arcanis’ competitiveedge in venture capital investing.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services, dataanalytics, or venture capital.
Analytical / research background, preferably in Investment or Venture CapitalProven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch, with a focuson user-centric design and scalability.
Experience working with data engineering, AI / ML teams, and large datasets.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate businessneeds into actionable product requirements.
